Director
Blair is a Wonnarua man from the Koorie language group. He is passionate about advancing Aboriginal business and has helped establish and advise many of the institutions and enterprises that are driving the Aboriginal economy in Western Australia.
Blair is a lawyer and a director of Enterprise Learning Projects, a DGR1 charity that runs incubation programs for Aboriginal businesses in the Northern Territory.

Will, a Charted Accountant by profession, in conjunction with the team at Cenerg in India, has been involved in the global development of Rotary Drill Bits for over 25 years.
Along with the Cenerg team, he has been involved in the R&D and manufacture of Rotary Drill Bits, as well as drilling consumables supply and support.
He is motivated by his involvement in developing several sustainable Black Economic Empowerment entities in South Africa.
He believes that reconciliation is critical to society and is effectively achieved through a better understanding of First Nation’s culture by positive interaction and engagement.
